Information on our platform

We try our best to make sure that all information on our platform, including detailed descriptions of our products and listed prices are accurate at all times. However, if we do make any mistake, we will correct it and deal with all the consequences as soon as possible.

When browsing our platform the actual colors you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

Pictures and images on our platform are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any product and details of what is included with the product, please read the product description on the pop-up store of your interest.

We will do our best to check our platform for viruses but we do not warrant that it is always free of viruses or other malicious content.


Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We operate an inventory-less model to offer more personalised choices and most of our products are not manufactured until your order is made. Therefore, the time we need to prepare your order varies. We need approximately 7 to 14 days for your item to be created and ready for delivery, it all depends on the amount of orders and production we have.



Please make sure that all your personal details remain confidential at all times. If you know or suspect that the security of your information is at risk, please contact us immediately.


Eligibility to order products

You can only purchase from our pop-up store if you provide us with all required information, including an active e-mail address and active telephone number, so that we can easily contact you. All products sold through the AURAVERDI platform are intended for personal use only: products are not suitable for commercial use unless expressly stated.


Placing your order

You always place your order directly at our pop-up store and your order counts as an offer to purchase selected goods from AURAVERDI. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail address. This confirmation contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery) and an order number. It also constitutes the VAT receipt for your product(s).


Order acceptance

Acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product(s) to you. Until that time no contract will have been formed between us. We hope to be able to supply all products ordered, however, we reserve the right, at our discretion not to accept all orders at all time. If we have to refuse your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.



You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, we also accept PayPal for any orders. We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Accepting payment does not mean that we have executed your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will provide you with a full refund immediately.



Unless otherwise stated all prices shown at AURAVERDI.COM are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee. Generally we are commited to a free delivery service, however we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee depending on the value of your purchase and your delivery address. In such cases the total value of your order will include this additional fee.



Not all products offered online by our pop-up store will be available for an immediate delivery due to our inventory-less model as described above. Therefore we reserve the right to adjust prices, products and special offers at our discretion.


Pricing errors

When we discover an error in our pricing we will inform you immediately and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided to us, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email. Any cancelled orders will be refunded immediately.


Delivery responsibility

We use selected courier services for all our deliveries, however, we always remain responsible for the performance of these service providers. We are commited at all times to provide you with a valid tracking number from our delivery service providers. When we arrange your delivery, we use information you have provided us at the time of placing your order. This information will be used when we request a delivery from our selected service provider. If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information, we may be forced to cancel your original order and you will be requested to provide us with the correct information for a new delivery instruction.


Delivery charges

As mentioned above, generally we are commited to a free delivery service. However we always reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee depending on the value of your purchase and your delivery address. In such cases the total value of your order will include this additional fee.


Important information

On delivery please examine the products and check their condition. If there are any issues, you should inform us immediately. Missing or damaged products will be replaced and delivered free of charge. This will not affect your legal right to notify us within a reasonable time at a later date if you find a defect in your products. However if you refuse to accept the delivery, this will be taken as a cancellation of your order without a refund.


Damaged items

If items within packaging are faulty or damaged, please notify us and we will resolve this. Please do not dispose of any damaged product and keep them for a possible return. We will always attempt to replace or reprice any damaged product. However, if we are unable to do so we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the product(s) together with any relevant delivery charges. Nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights.


Returns and Cancellation

You can return new and unused product(s) within 14 days of delivery. We will give you a refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition with the packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) unless the product is faulty or not as described.

We always accept cancellation before the item(s) has been sent to production.

However, many of our products are custom made, personalized and uniquely produced for your order. Therefore we have the right to refuse a return of such products.

We will refund the price you paid for the products and credit the refund you are due to the credit, debit or Paypal that you made payment with. However, please note that we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to confirm the nature and the quality of the products.


Product review

We display both positive and negative reviews of our products, but all content is moderated to ensure it is appropriate for publication on our platform. This means that after you submit your review it will not immediately appear on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any product review submitted to us and we may edit the length and/or content of any review as we see necessary.

Please remember that you always take full responsibility for any false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, libellous, obscene, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable comments and reviews.

You would also be liable for any messages containing any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programmes or files. That includes unsolicited promotions, mass mailings or spamming, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations.

Once your review is submitted you will not be able to edit it. If you would like to have your review removed from our website, please contact us.

We are unable to publish reviews that are not written in English.

To make sure your review can be published, please do not include any personal information including your full name, contact details or email address.

In order to comply with the law, to protect our systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of our business and systems, we may access and disclose any information we consider to be necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, user profile information, IP address and posted reviews. Please refer to our Privacy policy for further information.


Ownership of content

By submitting a review you grant AURAVERDI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display such review throughout the world in any media without compensation to you. You acknowledge that we may choose to provide attribution of your comment or review at our discretion.


Review liability

Although we will do our best to moderate all reviews posted, we assume no liability for any reviews posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party. We will not be held liable for any loss incurred by you as a result of a review published on our platform.


Our general liability

Our entire liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you have purchased through AURAVERDI, provided that we take reasonable care when we deliver our products to you.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your purchase is made or your order is accepted.

In the unlikely event that we at AURAVERDI are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not fully satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, you may take any legal action you consider necessary to defend your rights and to resolve the dispute.


Governing Law

Please note that these Terms & Conditions, their subject matter and formation, are governed by the EU or Swiss law, depending on the origin of the product you purchased and is subject to dispute.
